Way to go Team Ellis! Public Law 101-391, The Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, requires Federal government employees, when on official travel, must stay in fire safe accommodations. Federally funded conferences, meetings and seminars must also be held in approved facilities. The Ellis Hotel has been approved for such uses as a fire-safe accommodation, listed on USFA’s web-site. Way to go Ellis Hotel!

Terrace Specialties! (Yum Yum)
In case you missed the New Year’s Eve festivities at The Ellis Hotel…Chef Thomas McKeown shared a few images of his plated dishes. Everything from Chimmichurri Flat Iron Steak and Tofu, Contemporary Greek Salad and Crème brûlée Poached Pears to Lamb Lollipop, Pork Dumplings and Smoked Salmon Blinis.
Everything was excellent and the atmosphere was chic and cool (plus fun)…hope you can make it to the next event at Terrace. (V’ day is coming up!)
